INWRDAM coordinated with local authorities and community leaders, receiving 250 applications and selecting 75 beneficiaries through rigorous criteria and interviews. These participants underwent comprehensive training in life skills, smart hydroponics, and product marketing, ultimately selecting 48 individuals to manage agricultural units, thus benefiting their families and fostering community development. The project's first training season saw the cultivation of diverse crops, including tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers, with impressive production rates. For instance, greenhouse tomatoes yielded between 2 to 3 tons per cycle, showcasing high-quality output and effective market integration. This initiative not only provided sustainable income and advanced agricultural skills to 50 families but also significantly enhanced their quality of life.
