On Dec 6th, INWRDAM organized the 1st National Water Harvesting Policy Dialogue in Jordan, which focused on enhancing the water harvesting practices in Jordan and will help define a road map and a potential action plan for a sustainable water harvesting sector. The broad spectrum of participants of 120 participants were from the Government and policymakers, local communities, academia, students and schools, the private sector, NGOs, and international organizations. The purpose was to create a forum for the national discussion by redefining the definition of Rainwater Harvesting in the Jordanian context.
